Looking to rent our basement to a family or a single girl. This basement is available from October 1st. This basement includes two bedrooms, that have beds in each rooms. It also includes a seperate bathroom and kitchen. Living room is also furnished. The basement is close to Marvin Heights and Morning Star elementary schools. Bus stop and Gurdawara is also nearby. There is no drinking or parties allowed. No pets either.
