Though there is no private parking spot, street parking is available.

The house is located conveniently close to a Tim Horton's, No Frills, laundromat, and multiple transit lines (Dundas and College streetcars, and Lansdowne bus). It is also right across the street from a large field that was formerly a high school running track area.
