Hi there! This is a 3 bedroom basement apartment located in the heart of Mississauga.

We are looking for female students and young professionals. The basement can be rented separately or together. 1 room for $1200, 2 rooms for $2400 or 3 rooms for $3600

About the space:
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink) in the basement unit. All bedrooms come with a double bed, closet, and dresser. 1 bedroom also has a desk and a tv. There is a shared kitchen, dining table and living room area that are all fully furnished. There is also an extra space with an additional fridge, oven and microwave if needed. Laundry and dryer are available in one of the bathrooms (it’s important to note that we will be sharing the laundry with you and it is the only time we will pass through the basement. We will always let you know in advance via text when we need to come do laundry ☺️)

Location: Major intersection is Eglinton and Delaware. It’s a 5 minute drive from Square One. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. The basement apartment has its own entrance which comes in through the backyard, so residents can come and go as they please without passing through the main house


The entire basement apartment is available from December 1, 2024.
