There are two rooms in the basement: one is for rent and the other I use as a lash studio. Since I work full-time, I only see a few clients per week. Clients simply lie down quietly during the session, so there is no noise. Clients are not allowed to use the basement washroom, ensuring full privacy for the tenant. The refrigerator space will be shared — half for the tenant and half for me.
