Furnished with a queen bed and own washroom and smart tv in the basement, not shared with anyone else.

- Laundry to be shared once a week which can be agreed with upstairs family, however will be transferred from the suite out in the near future
Looking for a quiet, clean and student or working individual to rent this space. I am not in a hurry to rent the suite unless it is for the right fit.
The upper level is occupied by working and respectful / nice and small family.
