This is a nice 2nd-floor room, in a secure building, with a kitchenette, and bathroom. All bills included are included: water, heat, and electricity. Close to Skafs groceries, Beefcakes Burgers, Hodder Greeks, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Pizza Hut.

This place is perfect for a single person, who works evenings/nights as you can hear the bar downstairs. Day shift workers may find it hard to go to bed early.
