Available from Sun afternoon Nov 7 onwards, but with a caveat as the condo is on the market and I REQUIRE cooperation for potential viewings before I accept a booking.
$150/night or the following reduced rates below, but with any version paid upfront via e-transfer :
$130 each for 2 nights
$120 each for 3 nights
$115 each for 4 to 7 nights
$3000 for the month.
Must provide name and phone number when responding. Must provide government ID on agreement.
I will meet you in person to hand over and collect the key fob.
There is Wi-Fi but no TV.
I offer a quiet, corner suite bachelor den on the Penthouse level (18th floor). The bed and chest of drawers in the den as you enter the suite are completely separate from the living room, which has a sofa, coffee table, and dining table with four chairs.
There is a full gym, small resistance pool, sauna, and rooftop patio with CN Tower view.
NO VISITOR PARKING as the garage is being renovated.
Fyi: A condo bylaw forbids smoking of any kind in the condo as well as anywhere on the premises including the rooftop patio.
Fyi: A city bylaw restricts noise to 11pm for the consideration of one's neighbours.
