Sharing the kitchen and bath room with 2 male students and 1 female alternative health practitioner. We want someone who is QUIET wearing headphones (no playing loud music/TV) and CLEAN following the cleaning schedule.

3). Reasonable rent:
$100 OFF moving in November. Originally the rent is $860 not include utilities. Including heat, hot water, electricities, washer and dryer, high speed internet with unlimited data, the rent is $950.
