WiFi included, I've lived here for 5 years I rent out the other two rooms. I own a business, my other roommate is a professional selling flooring and tiles. We play guitar and hangout a lot. Looking for someone like minded trying to build themselves up. Either someone in school or someone working full time. I've had a previous roommate who worked from home and was super polite.
