This is a small (7×11) fully furnished room (includes everything in pictures, single bed, wardrobe, dresser, drop down table) in an apt shared with 2 working Canadian males. Includes all utilities, in unit washer & dryer, full bathroom, hardwired & wifi Fibe internet, fully equipped kitchen. All you pay for is your bedding, food, consumables (like soaps, cleaning supplies, tp etc) and your cell phone. No smoking, no drugs, no drinking, no overnight guests. This is a secured building with locks to enter apt & room. Must be working full time as this room is small & there is no communal living room. No pets...allergies.
