The room is in a 3 bedroom bungalow. In Gloucester.

Included with the rent is heat, hydro, a/c, water, WiFi, a parking spot in the driveway, a shed that you can use for storage. There is a washer and dryer that you can use. The rent is $800 a month as for last month we are not asking for it, just the first month. It's available April 1st.

When the current roommate moves out we will clean up the room.
