The bedroom measures approximately 110 square feet.

You would be living with 4 other female students (ages 20-22) who attend either Algonquin or Carleton.

One of the roommates has a cat and another one has a dog so it is pet friendly.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other student.

-laundry room with a dryer and washing machine
-parking for two cars in the driveway
-private backyard

The monthly rent includes all utilities and wifi.
