there is a friendly peaceful cat here who stays in housemate's room, he never comes to my room , but if you like cat..it is a friendly one :)

this is 2bedroom 1bathroom unit, only 2 people live here (you and the housemate and cat)

price includes everyting, pay as you enter for 4 weeks then pay remaining 2 weeks asap :)

comes semi furnished as shown in the picture(no bed, there is bed frame, table and mobile hangers.i managed a personalized bed with the bed frame, everything is staying unless you dont want it @ table,bedframe,hangers,etc)

there is laundry and dryer for free on same floor. leaving few simple things behind to cook like pans,plate,bowl,etc
