Looking for quiet, clean and reliable tenant for well-maintained basement suite with private entrance. Large living room/bedroom area, separate kitchen with eating nook, and a full bathroom with tub. Kitchen has full sized appliances. One area above the kitchen counter has a lower bulkhead, so this may not be ideal for very tall individual. Washer/dryer is for shared use with the upstairs occupant. Upstairs occupant parks in driveway, but there is always ample parking on our little dead-end street so if you have a car that is no problem. We are looking for a single occupant, and insist on no smoking (either inside or outside the premises, and including tobacco or otherwise). Rent is all-inclusive of utilities and internet. We require a 1-year lease, references, and credit check. Ideal for mature student or young professional.
