✔The GARDEN STUDIO has large windows and glass door to go outside in the south facing fenced backyard, a double size bed and a very comfortable memory foam mattress for good nights sleep and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto.

★CLEANING: when you move in, the studio is cleaned professionally. When you move out, the place should be cleaned professionally in the same state you found it. If you want to pay a cleaner, the fee is $150 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave).

★MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the studio. Door code provided once you pay the deposit to secure the place (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)
