My fellow housemate (female) and I (male) have moved a wonderful two storey house owned by my brother in law and are looking for a third person to help with the rent. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.

FEMALE Only. NO COUPLES. Preferably a post grad FEMALE student or a working woman. We are looking for a quiet, respectful and clean person, who isn’t going to cause drama (unless you’re an actor) and isn’t allergic/can tolerate one hypoallegenic dog, and three cats. NO ADDITIONAL PETS as her dog doesn’t like other dogs and my cats are scared of other animals.

My housemate and I are both quiet and respectful people, who both love to clean (me in particular as I am a clean freak). No heavy noises past 10:30.

No drugs, no smoking and no heavy drinkers. If you wanna have guests over, just give us a heads up. No over night guests.

My housemate and I both work and are rarely home during the day, so this house would be perfect for a female post grad student.

You will have your main floor bedroom with an office right around from the bedroom. There is an upstairs living room as well. A beautiful kitchen, dining room, a storage room, one bathroom, bathroom, and a nice spacious backyard with a giant apple tree.

Only street parking is available.

Washer and dryer, fridge, stove and all other applicants will be in the house.

The house is located in the east end 711 McIntosh Street in a lovely quiet area across the street from a church and down the street from a park. The location is centre between Fort William and Port Arthur and is a about 5 minutes from Intercity Mall, McIntrye Centre, and the CLE grounds.

I claim the master bedroom as I am family and get first dibs but the other two areas are just as lovely.

I do like to play my instruments, but I don’t play during the night and can wear headphones to make it quieter.

The house will be available October 14th. We are hoping to have someone who’s committed to staying for longer than a school year.

$660 (plus heat, water, internet and hydro).First and last required. 30 days notice to vacate.
The house is $2000 a month but this is split three ways.
