Location: Near Oxford and Wharncliffe intersection (3 min walk to bus stop / 10 min commute via bus to Western Campus)
Rent: $532 per month including utilities (excluding wifi)
Room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, mirror, and nightstand
The sublet must be okay with living with cats
