I am a 38 year old artist/writer/musician looking for a room to rent for no more than $800 per month.

The room has to be located within the boarders of St. Clair and Danforth to the north, High Park and Runnymede to the west, and Neville Park to the east - I can’t live in Scarborough, North York, or Etobicoke!

I am looking for a room in a safe, clean, calm, quiet, peaceful, and comfortable home.

I don’t want to live with any fascist, passive-aggressive control freaks who do not respect my space and autonomy.

I would prefer to live in a vegetarian or vegan home, but I may be forced to settle to live with meat-eaters.

I am a kind, friendly, safe, clean, calm, quiet, mindful, respectful, responsible introverted individual who likes to keep busy with various research and study projects.

I am a writer and a poet who is currently working on a book of poetry so I need a quiet space - I am a male but I don’t want to live with males who are toxic, misogynistic, abusive, or especially violent (looking for a strictly non-violent space!)

I would be a compatible roommate for artists, musicians, hippies, ravers, LGBTQIA2S , activists, vegans, poets, etc.

I’m not into sports or toxic macho tough guy male ego stuff… like-minded, compatible roommates and landlords only

Looking for a 420 friendly space but I have no problem smoking outside or going for walks.
