The idea is your money grows while you make small withdrawals monthly for rent and your own personal spending and we own the home and all of the hassles that come with ownership.

Here is an example of what this could look like for you.
You own an home with no mortgage or a small mortgage worth approximately $1 million.
You sell the home and after real estate fees and legal fees you are left with $900,000 to invest. You contact your bank or financial advisor and invest the money.
You tell them you need a specific amount monthly to pay for your new rent and they would make those withdrawls for you and deposit to your bank account.
The objective is your principal amount grows while the small withdrawls don’t impact your overall worth or investment.
All of this with no headaches or worry of home owner ship and a nice bungalow that you can age in with no more stairs!
