Our Ready-To-Move (RTM) homes are built indoors away from the elements and are self contained; no basement required. Our RTMs include mechanical (furnace, HRV and hot water heater) and kitchen appliances; typically other RTM builders do not include these options which make their homes go up by over $100,000 once you add them to the “home price”.
