Je quitte début novembre mon studio situé rue Ottawa, et cherche à céder mon bail qui court jusqu’au 1er juillet 2025.

L’appartement se situe au quartier Griffintown, à 10 minutes à pied du métro Lucien l’Allier (ligne orange), 2 stations Bixi sont littéralement à 2 et 3 min à pied

L’appartement est à distances d’un métro à 5 min à pied mais aussi d’un Adonis, dollorama, pharmaprix…).

Vous avez également plusieurs lignes de bus qui passent à proximité de l’appartement !

Le loyer ne comprend pas toutes les charges (Internet et hydro à votre charge a peu près 50-60$ tout les 2 mois pour l’hydro)!

Le building possède une piscine en terrasse, un gym et un grand salon pour faire des soirées entre amis. Le studio est semi-meublé est comprend sécheuse, laveuse, four, lave-vaisselle, climatisation et micro-ondes. Je vend toutes mes affaires avec donc priorité aux personnes qui rachèteront mes quelques affaires (lit avec matelas, armoire, bureau, chaise de bureau, chaise de cuisine et la vaisselle. Je suis prêt à tout lâcher pour un bon prix …)

La seule condition pour l’appartement est d’avoir un CRÉDIT SCORE de 700 ou plus.

I am leaving my studio located on Ottawa Street at the beginning of November, and am looking to assign my lease which runs until July 1, 2025. The apartment is located in the Griffintown district, a 10-minute walk from the Lucien l'Allier metro station (orange line), 2 Bixi stations are literally 2 and 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is within walking distance of a metro station, but also from an Adonis, Dollorama, Pharmaprix, etc.

You also have several bus lines that pass near the apartment!

The rent does not include all charges (Internet and hydro at your expense, about $50-60 every 2 months for hydro)!

The building has a terrace swimming pool, a gym and a large lounge for parties with friends. The studio is semi-furnished and includes dryer, washer, oven, dishwasher, air conditioning and microwave.
