Located less than a 1-minute walk from the Papineau metro station and directly in the village with plenty of great restaurants and an active nightlife.

The area is very quiet, the building is quiet, well soundproofed, and the neighbors are very friendly. The building is well-maintained and clean.

There's also a 24-hour security guard and concierge available in case of any unexpected problems. There's also a convenience store in the building, and a grocery store and pharmacy are a 1-minute walk away. A conference room is also available for tenants. Indoor parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

Situé à moins de 1 minute de marche de la station de metro Papineau et directement dans le village avec pleins de beaux restaurants autour et une night life active.

Cependant je n'ai jamais eu de problème à dormir la nuit; le coin est très calme, le building est silencieux, bien insonorisé et les voisins sont bien aimables. L'édifice est bien tenu et propre.

Il y aussi toujours un garde sécurité et un concierge présent 24h/24 en cas de problème innatendu. Il y a aussi un dépanneur dans le building et une épicerie et une pharmacie à 1 minute de marche. Il y a aussi une salle de conférence mise à la disposition des locataires. Possibilité d'avoir accès à un stationnement intérieur dans l'édifice pour 100$ par mois de plus, ou vignettes dans la rue.
