Government employee (Currently in Alberta) looking to slowly branch out and relocate to Regina.

Looking a minimalist setup for staying 2-3 weekends per month while I still have my main residence in Alberta. Room/Basement/Duplex etc doesnt really matter to me as I won't be around often.

Just trying to get a better deal than using a Hotel/AirBNB every 2-3 weeks. Im ok with renting outside the city as long as it's reasonable driving distance (as the plan is eventually to work in the city of Regina.)

Me: No smoking, No pets, Can provide employment info etc. Male in mid 30s, quiet. Ideally would like a parking spot but could deal with road parking etc.

Open to leases, month to month etc if it suits my needs.

Preference is for a quieter household that is clean.
