Looking for 1 sublessee for May 1st to September 1st. Apartment is fully furnished with an equipted kitchen(pots, pans, cutlery, appliances, diswasher etc.), bedroom(desk, bed, dresser, side tables and closet) and 2 bathrooms. Laundry is located in building. All utilities included. Apartment has 3 roommates plus sublessee.

We are a 5 minute walk to the Dalhousie Studley Camps, and directly on the 1 bus line. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk.
