Hi there! I’m kol, a 22-year-old who’s currently looking for a cozy and welcoming place to sublet. I’m in search of a comfortable space where I can feel at home, and I promise to be a responsible and considerate tenant.

• Non-Smoker: I don’t smoke and prefer a smoke-free environment.
• Friendly and Respectful: I believe in keeping a positive, drama-free atmosphere. I’m easy to get along with and always make an effort to respect others’ boundaries and shared spaces.
• Clean and Tidy: I’m committed to maintaining a neat and organized living environment.
• Responsible: I’m actively on Stable income, so I’ll make sure rent payments are always on time. I also understand the importance of being a dependable tenant and treating the property with care.
• No Pets: Although I love animals, I don’t have any pets at the moment.

What I’m looking for:

• A furnished or semi-furnished space would be a plus, but I’m open to different options.
