Fully furnished with a double bed (two fitted sheets), dresser (dark brown wood), desk (tan—foot of the bed), black plastic stand (silver handles), and a small white desk lamp.

Large closet space.
Whiteboard not included, but it is a great space for one.
Shared bathroom with 2 male students.
Kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities shared with 5 roommates in total (4 guys, 1 girl).
You will have 2 large cupboards in the kitchen to yourself.
Newly renovated spacious kitchen (2024), bathroom to be renovated in the upcoming year.
Laundry: brand new washer and dryer.
Garage storage for bikes etc.

Large patio with barbecue and furniture set.
