This well-maintained Victorian townhouse has a nice, shared kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. it also features laundry on site and a weekly housekeeping service!

The house is a short walk away from SMU, the IWK, the Public Gardens, Point Pleasant Park, and a major bus route, and is fairly close to DAL. Sobeys and Shoppers are also just around the corner.

Note: Fixed-term until August 31st, 2025 with option to renew, prorated for when you move in. Parking can be included for a small fee.
