The house is a short walk away from SMU, the IWK, the Public Gardens, Point Pleasant Park, and a major bus route, and is fairly close to DAL. Sobeys and Shoppers are also just around the corner.

Note: Fixed-term of one year with option to renew, prorated for when you move in. Parking may available upon request for a small fee.
