The room comes pre-furnished with a bed, desk, dresser. There is an on-site washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent. There are 2 washrooms.

The washrooms, laundry, and shared livings areas are shared between the tenants. You are responsible for keeping shared areas clean.

- no overnight guests allowed
- tenant insurance required (proof needs to be provided)
- proof of employment must be provided unless the whole lease is paid upfront

First and last deposit required during the first month as well as a security deposit of $400 (returned on a good inspection during move out)
