I am currently in search of a new housemate for my beautiful home. The home is conveniently situated near St.Clair West subway station (4 minute walk) .
I have established a settled and orderly life in this home. Therefore, I am seeking someone who can easily addapt to this calm lifestyle, just like me and others living here.

House is clean, organized, friendly , open-minded, positive, reliable and helpful, so the person I am looking for should possess these qualities as well. There are some house rules that we must adhere to, including a strict policy against noise and smoking.
These are making it an ideal fit for professionals and students who require a peaceful environment for work or study. This home is a home by its own, not shared places with other tenants in the building. My goal is to live in peace and happiness, and I hope you share the same aspiration.

- The house is spacious enough to accommodate everyone (3) comfortably
- Room is not for the couples! Only 3 person should live in the house.
-House has everything like kitchen, tv and etc.
- We also have a well-maintained backyard with a BBQ.
-There is a free - parking spot available on our street.
- I am pet- friendly, but my home is not, unfortunately.
- The room is big enough to put queen size bed, working table and some other thing.
Room has own air conditioner and just got cleaned.

Matress and bed from Ikea used 1 year with protector. Table, chair and other stuffs. I can help you to settle down with my car as well.

Around is pretty well, its one of well known neighbourhoods in downtown area, has everything in 10 minutes walking range and too safe and calm. vibes. You will understand that.
