You are a quiet single person who either already works in healthcare or you are a student in a healthcare or caregiving program. Absolutely NO couples!!
Space: You will have a huge private loft space to yourself, private bathroom & bedroom, living and dining space.
The kitchen is shared.
Driveway parking, utilities, and wifi included.

Rent starts at $500/month PLUS 20hrs of home care per month ($35/hr use to lower the usual $1200/month rent). Examples:
30min to make a meal for him, 2hrs to take him to an apt nearby, an hour to call 911 and watch him while waiting for the ambulance and then letting them in, an hour to clean out the fridge, etc... Taking out the garage and bringing bins in are a regular weekly task as is bringing groceries in from the porch and putting them away
**He already has a PSW who visits most days and a bi-weekly cleaner that cleans the main level

*Note the rent could go down as his needs increase so if you are working full time, you need to have a somewhat flexible schedule or the ability to reduce your work hours

**ABSOLUTELY no pets of any kind, owner allergies
