Due to the reason of fully furnished and all included, there has to be a guarantee of $1,000 which is to be returned at the end of the stay. Credit checking.

Very well located, 1 minute’s walk to the riverside with Riverside Park, walk/bicycle path and city shared bikes available. Bus 110 is just around the corner, there are other buses too. Close to shopping malls Champlain and Angrignon. Boulevard Lasalle, Verendrye and Highway 136/20 provide access to downtown Montreal in 20 minutes.

The studio is in the shallow basement, with its entrance in my garage. It’s well maintained and very clean. It has its own exclusive bathroom in the laundry room. The laundry room is shared with another guest.
