The Britannia Street Housing Project is an affordable housing build owned by the City of Stratford and managed by the Housing Division of its Social Services Department.
Eligibility requirements:
All household members have status in Canada
At least one member of the household is16 years of age or older
At least one member of the household can live independently
No member of the household owes arrears to any community housing provider
Household meets program income limits:
Minimum Income: $33,960-$56,448 maximum
Household meets program asset limits:
$200,000 maximum asset limit for seniors (age 65 )
$100,000 maximum asset limit for all others
Household meets local occupancy standards
