The unit has 3 rooms total, 2 upstairs (1st three photos is the room that’s being rented out, 1 downstairs). There are currently 3 other aestheticians working in the unit.

Your room would be only yours (for full timers), I can accommodate a lock as well to keep your valuables secure.

It’s located inside the condo right at the entry. So you get a secure entrance, buzzer can be created and connected to your phone number to let your clients in. You will be provided with a fob and a key for entry.

You can change the look of the room and bring in your own furniture (for example if you’re a nail artist and need a table, the bed can be removed)

AVAILABLE FROM:

For PART TIME - April, May, June of 2025 ($600 per month)

FULL TIME is available ONLY from July 2025. ($1200 per month)

The reason why full time is available in July only is because I’m currently pregnant, I’m due July 10th and won’t be able work anymore. I currently work in the room and plan to stop working mid June (or earlier lol I’ll see how I feel). So if you chose part time for April-June the room will be shared with me.
