Eh I have a room in a 3 bedroom house...MUST LIKE DOGS...and be 420friendly....AS people that live here are 420 gamers.....and NATIVE....we tend to keep to ourselves...have each others backs..and live pretty drama free and chill..we have a room available for 1 other...note 1 lives in basement and I live on main in 3 bedroom...so not alot of people and 3 dogs on premises....there is laundry on site....parking if needed...storage if needed....all amenities walking distance....I'm a introvert...and reclusive...basement dude is native and keeps to himself...1st month 900 is required..I ask for a 200 non refundable deposit for utility usage for your 1st.month in lieu of a full damage deposit...so I must need to trust that you'll not trash the room....sometimes those who been worse off can understand..it is a house of bachelor's.. and outcasts and odd balls....we keep the house clean...maintained and quite....if your chill..and cool with 420...check us out...monthly rent is 700 per month....ADULT 420 LIVING ....
