Your room is a large room in a basement with a walk-in closet for storage. Bathroom is shared.

Large and spacious 5 bedroom home with games room pool table, darts, theater room large living and dining room and large kitchen.

It is close to Airdrie, Calgary and just minutes from Balzac/CrossIron mall.

Current housemates are 22 to 25 and are courteous, kind and respectful towards each other and are looking for the same.

There is a long hair cat in the house and we have air filters throughout the house. The cat is not allowed in the basement where the room that is available is located.

Everybody enjoys having fun, however this is not a party atmosphere at all. If you're looking for that then you'll have to keep looking elsewhere.

The property is 20 acres in total has volleyball net large yard fire pit horseshoes and there are also two horses on the property. If you need extra storage we might be able to find room in one of the barns.

There are two houses on the property 400 ft from each other. My wife and I live at the other house and we run our business on the acreage.

We could possibly provide furniture for your room and we also have a Cubevan that may help with the move
