Fixer upper acreage for sale. Would like sold before winter !

BF and I split up, I’m going on mat leave and unfortunately can’t afford this place alone while on EI. Everything is in my name .

18.66 acres just a few miles north of whitelaw. House has heating oil furnace and propane hot water tank. House is a FIXER UPPER!! the wooden basement is garbage , the house can be saved. There’s 3 rooms and a bathroom in basement . 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs. The place sat empty for 3 years, rodents moved in. Think we got them all but who knows what damage. There is mold in basement.
I paid $240k and I NEED to get this back.

We’ve done fencing. Cleaned up a lot of junk. There’s a metal pile in back, make some money off it. Fixed some broken plumbing. Place is selling as is, where is, just as we bought it. Water is hauled , small tank in basement. Long private drive, lots of mature spruce .
