This house is well maintained and regular cleaning services are provided for public living area. Also you need to share a big living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom with other three tenants living in main floor (SAIT students).

It will be available on Feb. 1, 2025. It is suitable for someone who lives a simple life, such as a student at SAIT or a professional who does not have many personal belongings.

The rent price includes all utilities, internet (Wi-Fi), and free laundry. A minimum six-month lease with a one-month security deposit is required, and then the lease can be continued month by month.
