I am looking for a mature and responsible roommate with references (work and previous landlord).
This is a room in two bedroom and two bathroom condo in "The Edge Complex" 604 East Lake Blvd next to the Genesis center. The room fits a queen bed and has a decent size closet. My previous roommate also was able to fit in a small desk and a chair. You will also have your own bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. The living room and kitchen will be a shared space. There is also a small den that could be turned into a home office if you often work from home. If you want to make it your exclusive use only, we could negotiate that for extra $. Otherwise, it will be used as a storage for both of us. There is only one parking stall underground. That being said, I am often away for 14 days at a time, so we could come up with some sharing agreement. I am also willing to consider pets. If I can meet your pet, and if you can proof to me that the pet is well behaved... The rent includes all utilities (internet, electricity, plus Netflix subscription with the TV).
Room is available from September 1st.
