We offer a furnished bedroom in the basement, you will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with another female roommate downstairs, but you will have your own privacy there.

Our house is just 4 minutes walk to bus stop with bus #142 goes directly to downtown, bus #8 goes to University of Calgary and Brentwood C-train station. only 13 minutes drive to YYC Airport, and it is within walkable distance to Superstore, Save-on-food, Tim Hortons, clinics and pharmacy, theatre, and library, it is easy access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot, too.

Rental fee includes utilities, Internet and Cable, street parking is available.
