Available on Dec 1, 2024, I have a room for rent in the south west community of Cedarbrae. The room comes with a single bed that you may want to use or if you bring your own that is also fine. The Coop on the corner of Southland Drive and 24st SW is a short 8 minute walk. There is also a gas station, CIBC bank and other assorted store in the plaza. The Max Yellow transit line is a short 5 minute walk from the house if you travel by bus. There is also the 125, 126, 99 and 56 bus routes close by. There is an extra charge for internet which is $35 per month. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other gentleman. The common areas are in the upstairs of the home.
