What you should know:

• your roommates: a dashing and uber friendly trio including 2 males and a 50 something female homeowner (though I’m told I don’t look a day over 49 ½ :) I travel a fair bit so can be gone frequently. We come and go a lot, so the space never feels crowded.
• I like to cook and bake and feel the need to feed- it comes on suddenly- I can’t help myself, so if you like to eat but hate to cook, I offer homecooked meals for an additional fee.
What we should know:

• that you are gainfully employed full-time outside the home.
• that you are a non-smoker/non-vaper and a responsible drinker.

• that you are responsible and clean up after yourself.

• that your friends think you’re the greatest thing since Christmas – or at least your mom does.
