Looking to reassign one room out of a two-bedroom suite, including a shared bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a table, a TV, a cabinet and a wardrobe. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, an induction stovetop, an oven, a microwave and plenty of cabinets for storage. The bathroom includes one sink, one toilet, and a walk-in shower.

There is a gym on the premises, as well as on-site laundry appliances. The Bus stop is right in front of the building, 2 minutes walking distance. There are multiple commercial businesses on the ground floor, plus the Real Canadian Super Store located right behind the building for all of your grocery needs 24/hour on-site Community Assistants to aid residents with anything they may need.

Applications are first come, first serve basis Accommodations also available to recent graduates interested in community or co-living arrangements.
