You’ll be staying in spacious/sun-filled room that is furnished. It features a large closet, a desk perfect for working from home, a comfortable queen-sized bed It’s a quiet space that gets great ventilation.

The Apartment/House:
The private unit itself is a bedroom with a private and common washroom. You’ll be sharing this room.


• Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances: Microwave, Fridge, Dining table and plenty of cabinet space.
• Amenities: You will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, AC/Heat

The Vibe & Roommates:
You will be sharing the space with 1 roommate a young working professional. The household vibe is social but respectful of privacy,quiet and study-focused,clean and relaxed.
We are looking for someone who is clean/quiet/friendly.


The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Downtown Toronto College/Spadina, walking distance to gym, freshco, market and great access to subway and streetcars.

months and should vacate immediately after May 31st.

I am vacating the room on March 20th, you can occupy from March 21st by paying 10 days rent and continue for 2 months ( April and May)
