Our house locates in a safe, quiet and beautiful community, Panorama Hills Community, Northwest of Calgary, with easy access to shopping centres, Vivo Recreation centre and more.
We offer a furnished bedroom in the basement, you will share the bathroom ,kitchen and living room with another female tenant downstairs, but you will have your own designated space in the fridge, shelves and space in the kitchen which makes the sharing more comfortable, and you will have your own privacy at the same time.
Our house is just 4 minutes walk to bus stop with bus #142 goes directly to downtown, bus #8 goes to University of Calgary and Brentwood C-train station, just 13 minutes drive to Calgary YYC Airport, it is walkable to Superstore, Save-on-food, Tim Hortons, clinics and pharmacy, theatre, and library, it is easy access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot, too.
