All inclusive, very bright and spacious room on second floor of a house. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 4 other tenants. Room is private and cannot be shared with a second person. A mini fridge is in the room for personal comfort. All utilities and unlimited high speed internet plus once a week laundry are included in the rent. International students with short term rent are welcome.
