This furnished bedroom is in a townhouse 5 minutes from campus (located right behind CampusOne at Spadina and College. There are 5 other tenants, but I believe 2 will leave for the summer. It's available from May 1st - Aug 31 for students only and is $830 with utilities included (no dryer but a drying rack is provided). No pets allowed.
