Room is available 1 January, and is in a chilled-out house shared with five other people. Room is approximately 10' by 10'.

$700 rent includes all utilities and Hi-Speed Bell Fibe Wireless Internet.

Appointments to view the room will be in half-hour segments (i.e. at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 etc.) on Saturday (28 December), Sunday (29 December), and Monday (30 December) between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.

House is located between Spadina Subway Station and Bathurst Subway Station, just a few houses south of Bloor.

The house has a shared bathroom and a shared shower room.

Your room comes unfurnished and is suitable for one person. Smoking is allowed in the room and throughout the common areas. Cats are allowed in the house. Small and quiet dogs that do not bark are also allowed.

House has common areas in the kitchen and living room, and in the front yard and large back yard.

Your room is less than a 5-minute walk to both Bathurst and Spadina subway stations. 10-minute walk to U of T's downtown St George campus.

Housemates include an AV technician, a composer/mixer, a cannabis worker, and two bike couriers.

First and last months' rent is required.
