The house is rented out by Power Properties so rent per month is by the whole basement; if you’d like to renew or leave after any 6 month period, you or I am responsible to notify each other atleast 1 month prior and are responsible for setting up the ads (I’ll send you these picture if you’re first to move) and doing the tours the last month.
One renters insurance policy currently stands until October but you may need to buy your own now or then

One cat in house. One parking spot in back alley. Should be parking out front most/almost all days. One middle aged couple upstairs.
