6 month sublet in the annex available starting January 1st 2025!

This is a two bedroom apartment and one room will be available. The unit is on the 10th floor with a big balcony. It has an entrance to Spadina station in our parking lot (intersection of line 1 and 2) and is directly across the street from the grocery store.

All of my furniture will be included, as well as kitchen appliances, pots/pans, plates and cutlery. My room has a double bed, desk, closet and some drawers that you can use.

I'm doing a semester abroad and need to find a sublet to live with my flatmate until I get back. He's 23, and a very friendly and respectful guy who works full time at the moment.

There is laundry and a small gym on the ground floor of the building. There is parking available in the garage downstairs but I believe it costs extra.

Also, move in / move out dates can be flexible if you need it. I'll probably be out of here by December 20th, and my semester ends June 20th but will probably travel a little after so my return date is up in the air still.
